In this women’s wellbeing masterclass, Eva will candidly share her own experiences and solutions to menopause, sleep issues, weight gain, motherhood, anxiety and trying to please everyone; while her daughter Liv, an Oxford University graduate neuroscientist, will help you to understand why you feel the way you do, how hormones affect mood, anxiety and mental health; and what you can do to help. Nik will join later in the afternoon to offer his expertise with anxiety, as well as a male perspective, and tips to communicate with the men in your life, as well as tips to help you with your relationships. An empowering afternoon, in a relaxed, safe and welcoming environment, for all wonderful women ages 16 to 100.
